Jerzy Rzędowski - coach, co-owner

Public speaking coach, president of the Society of NLP Coaches in Poland, cofounder and head coach  of  PRAECEPTOR - the Trainers’ Course of NLP and Leadership. Author of "NLP for the Boss  or achieving goals with others", co-author of multimedia package "Public speaking in business - workshop" and a book "Perfect Speaker", the bestseller of Helion Publishing House. Jerzy Rzędowski was a leader of small groups as well as a thousand-person task group. According to Polish Wikipedia he "does research on mutual use of experience gained by business and non-commercial organizations (religious, educational, paramilitary, etc.). Often appears as an expert on TVP1 (Polish Public TV channel) in a morning show "Coffee or Tea?".

Agata Rzędowska - coach, co-owner

Entrepreneur, culture expert, trainer in the area of business service; NLP and public speaking coach. Cofounder and coach in PRAECEPTOR - the Trainers’ Course of NLP and Leadership. Co-author of the multimedia package "Public speaking in business - workshop" and a book "Perfect Speaker", the bestseller of Helion Publishing House.  Passionate about theater, she says that being a coach enabled her to join three theatric roles: the scriptwriter, director and actor. In her training  workshops on public speaking, voice practice and presentation skills she makes use of her experience from The State Theatre Academy and courses organized by the Polish Radio. In VIA AGENDI she is the managing director responsible for finances and logistics.

Bartłomiej Stolarczyk - coach

Personal development coach, graduate of PRAECEPTOR 1st edition and its co-trainer since the third edition. MA in linguistics, passionate about language of persuasion and communication. In 2002-2003 he lived in Bosnia and Hercegovina where he analyzed the communication processes between people who were mortal enemies not that long ago... In his courses on assertiveness and customer service he uses his experience from work in telephoning customer service. He says about himself: "People say I have a hypnotic voice; it seems to be true for I convinced an 8-year old kid to learn hypnosis". Author of "Teach them how to treat you! Practical handbook of assertiveness."
